About Rachel

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University in Chattanooga, TN.  I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee (#1441).  I have been practicing professional mental health counseling since 2014 in both office and in-home settings.  My experience includes working with adults, couples, teens, children, and families treating a variety of struggles related to trauma, loss, adoption, parenting issues, relational difficulties, abuse, depression, and anxiety.  I have acquired specialized training in treating traumatic stress in children and adolescents.

Personally, I love spending time with my family. I enjoy reading spiritual books, going for walks, baking sourdough bread, and learning to cook fun & healthy recipes.
